Offset Service Charges
Transaction Charges
An Earnings Credit is calculated to offset business transaction and currency
charges. The allowance is based on the average daily collected balance
maintained in the account. The weekly average of the U.S. Government 3-month
Treasury Bill is used as the base rate.
